Welcome to The Children Collective website. We encourage you to read our Terms and Conditions before purchasing or placing orders to our website. By using the website and its related services, products, and software (collectively, the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of use ("Terms and Conditions"). You also accept the Terms and Conditions when you create an account, sign in as a guest, or log in to the Website. The Children Collective may make changes on our website and the Terms and Conditions time to time and render them effective immediately upon posting in the website without prior notice. If you do not agree to our Terms and Conditions, we suggest you to stop using our website.


Privacy

We have developed a privacy policy in order to inform you of our practices with respect to the collection, use, disclosure and protection of your information. The privacy policy is incorporated into this agreement and by using this site, you have agreed to the terms of the privacy policy.


Shipping

For ready stock items, orders are prepared and sent out within 3 business days.

For Preorder items, waiting times are 3-4weeks or 5-7 weeks for high-volume items.

Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email from The Children Collective the label with tracking information.

Sale products and products purchased during a discount period are not eligible for a Refund or Store Credit, unless deemed faulty, and may only be returned for an Exchange within 14 days*. 


Received something faulty/incorrect? Please WhatsApp us immediately at 087711189988 so we can help rectify the situation as soon as possible.

The Children Collective reserves the right to refuse a refund if these terms are not met.
*14 days from the date of the products original delivery by the courier.


Exchange Policy
Please record a video as you unbox your package, as we can only assist you with a proof of unboxing video.
We accept exchange or refund for only these particular reasons;
1. Wrong items sent
2. Defect products

Lost, Damaged, & Stolen Items

The Children Collective is not responsible for any lost or damaged, or stolen packages once it is shipped from our facility. In addition, packages that say delivered that have not arrived, fall in the lost, damaged, stolen category. Please contact the shipping carrier and open an enquiry directly.
